CHALLENGE: INVITE
The client wanted to have a more inviting trade show presence for 2023.
EXECUTION
I edited provided images (left and right panels) and customized a representative stock image (center) to create a bright, bold backdrop across multiple panels. The center panel can be divided in half for smaller spaces, so the design achieves flexibility for all configurations.
CHALLENGE: ENGAGE
In addition to designing the backdrop panels, I was tasked with setting a creative eye on their PowerPoint presentation, which auto-plays on the monitors attached to the backdrop.
EXECUTION
I upgraded the presentation's approach to present as a seamless, streamlined video rather than a clunky, text-heavy set of PowerPoint slides. This included:

Ensuring consistent slide design (typography, colors, sizing, etc.)

Decluttering and separating crowded slides

Creating a hierarchy structure that was parallel for information across all slides (such as the inclusion of captions, for example)

Applying the Ken Burns effect (aka "zoom") to still images to create dimension and movement on each slide

Utilizing transition features to ensure each slide has the appropriate timing for the content shown
RESULTS
The client is thrilled with the new approach and has reported improved visitor engagement during trade show events.
